What you own—and what you do with it—helps shape the coverage conversation.
01 / FOUR-WHEELERS
ATV insurance
Tell us about your four-wheeler, who operates it, and where you ride. Start with the details that make your vehicle yours.
02 / SIDE-BY-SIDES
UTV insurance
From recreational outings to jobs around your property, explain how you use your side-by-side so we can discuss eligible coverage.
03 / YOUR SETUP
Equipment & upgrades
Winches, racks, lights, and other additions belong in the conversation. Bring your accessory list when we review your options.
Protecting other people and protecting your own vehicle are different jobs. Open an option to see where it fits.
Availability, eligibility, exclusions, limits, and deductibles depend on your insurer, vehicle, and use.
Helps pay for another person’s covered injuries when you are at fault in an ATV or UTV accident, up to your policy limits.
Helps pay for covered damage you cause to someone else’s property. It does not pay to repair your own off-road vehicle.
Helps pay to repair or replace your ATV or UTV after a covered collision with another vehicle or an object, such as a tree or fence. A deductible may apply.
Helps protect your vehicle from covered non-collision losses, such as theft, fire, or vandalism. Your deductible, limits, and policy terms apply.
Ask whether medical payments or uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage is available, who it protects, and where it applies. These protections can have important restrictions.
Winches, racks, lights, and other aftermarket equipment may need additional coverage. Bring a list of your upgrades so we can review available protection and limits.

Where will you ride?
Private property, trails, parks, and public roads can raise different questions. Check the actual riding-area rules before a trip.
Who is behind the controls?
Tell us about all operators and any passengers. Ask about rider eligibility and the protection that applies to each person.
What will you use it for?
Work tasks, racing, rentals, and organized events may need different coverage or may be excluded. Mention them before you choose.
What happens between rides?
Storage and transport matter, too. Ask about theft protection, trailer coverage, equipment, and any financing requirements.
A QUOTE BUILT AROUND YOUR DETAILS

Compare the same coverages, limits, and deductibles—not just the premium.

A LITTLE CLARITY BEFORE THE NEXT RIDE
ATVs and UTVs are different vehicle types, but both can be eligible for off-road insurance. Tell us whether you have a four-wheeler, utility vehicle, or side-by-side so we can check options for that vehicle and its use.
Do not assume either policy covers your off-road vehicle. Homeowners protection may be limited, particularly away from your property, and a personal auto policy typically does not cover an ATV. Ask us to review your policies.
Requirements vary by location and riding area. Before a trip, check the rules for the specific trail, park, or property and any applicable state requirements. Financing agreements may also require coverage. Insurance does not grant permission to ride on public roads or restricted land.
Comprehensive coverage generally helps with a covered ATV or UTV theft, subject to deductibles, limits, and policy terms. Liability coverage alone does not pay to replace a stolen vehicle.
Coverage depends on the policy, the rider, and the circumstances. Tell us who operates the vehicle and whether you carry passengers. Ask about driver eligibility, permitted use, and applicable liability and medical protections.
Do not assume all upgrades are included automatically. List your accessories and modifications, including winches, racks, and lights, so we can discuss equipment coverage and any applicable limits.
These uses may be excluded or need a different policy. Tell us about work tasks, organized events, rental activity, or other non-recreational use before choosing coverage. Ask for confirmation that your intended use is eligible.
Standard ATV insurance generally does not pay for mechanical breakdown or wear and tear. Coverage for damage from an insured event depends on the cause of loss and your policy terms.
Theft, fire, and vandalism can happen while a vehicle is parked. Before changing coverage, discuss storage risks and lender obligations with our team. Confirm any needed coverage is active before riding again.
Start with your vehicle’s year, make, model, and storage ZIP code. Have your VIN, rider information, current policy, and accessory details available for follow-up. Tell us how and where you use the vehicle.
